Please read the following terms seriously and confirm that you have full understanding of the provisions of this
Acknowledgment Form. If you object to any provision of this Acknowledgment Form, please contact UPS Human
Resources Department.

Acceptance, change and supplement of the Acknowledgment Form
同意书的接受、变更与补充
1. You have completed UPS China Training System, hereinafter referred to as "Training System"),
understand and acknowledge the terms of use of UPS China Training System.
您已完成 UPS 中国培训系统(以下简称"Training System")的培训,知晓并同意该系统的使用规范。
2. When you log in to Training System and click "Agree and log in", you will be deemed to have signed this
Acknowledgment Form and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this Acknowledgment Form. When you log
on to Training System and use Training System services, you will be deemed to have read this Agreement
and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this Acknowledgment Form.
当您登录系统并点击"同意并登录"时,将视为您签署了本同意书,表明您自愿接受本同意书全部条款的约
束;当您进入培训系统并使用培训系统的服务,即视为您已阅读本同意书并自愿接受本同意书全部条款的约
束。
3. You confirm that any actions to confirm in the Training System have the same legal effect as your
signature.
您认可您在培训系统内的任何确认均与您的签字具有同等法律效力。
4. You are fully aware of the purpose, function and permissions of the Training System account, and agree
that the electronic data generated by the account is kept by a third party vendor. The Company will ensure
protecting your personal information and privacy. "UPS Information Security & Privacy Manual (Global
Policy)" and related policies in Employee Handbook applies to Training System, the system supplier will
also strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations concerning personal information and privacy protection.
您充分知悉培训系统账号的用途和相应的功能和权限,并同意对于该账号所产生的电子数据由第三方供应商
保存。公司将确保您的个人信息及隐私受到保护。系统供应商也会严格遵守个人信息及隐私保护相关法规。
《员工手册》中的"UPS 信息安全及隐私手册(全球制度)"和相关规定适用于本系统。
5. You promise and confirm that you will reset your account password and keep your account safe for your
personal use only and will not share with others.
您承诺并确认将完成账号密码的重置,账号仅供本人保管使用且决不外泄。
6. UPS reserves the right to modify the terms of this Acknowledgment Form if necessary and will post the
revised version (if any) on the notice board. If you have any questions about the revised terms, please
contact Human Resources Department.
UPS 有权在必要时修改本同意书条款。修改后的条款(如果有)将及时公布在公告栏上。若对修改后的条
款有疑问,请联系人力资源部。
7. UPS reserves the right of final interpretation.
本同意书最终解释权归 UPS 所有。

1. You promise when you are using Training System, you will strictly follow UPS policies and guidelines with
integrity, and never engage in any violation of UPS policies and guidelines, including but not limited to:
您承诺在使用本系统时将严格遵守 UPS 规章制度,秉承诚信原则,决不从事任何违反 UPS 规章制度的行
为,请勿操作如下事项包括但不仅限于:
1) Share your system username and password with others;
将您本人的用户名和密码分享给他人;
2) Use other employee's Training System account for any purposes;
使用他人的培训系统账号进行任何操作;
3) Any other violation of UPS policies and guidelines.
任何其他违反 UPS 规章制度的行为。
2. In any case, you should not trust network information asking for a password. UPS prohibits sharing
account username and password with others.
在任何情况下,请勿轻信索要密码的网络信息。UPS 禁止将用户名和密码信息共享给他人。
3. The terms of "Acknowledgement of Confidential Information and Intellectual Property Policy" you have
signed applies to Training System.
您已签署的《保密信息与知识产权规定同意书》中的条款适用于本系统。
For Department Training Owner
针对部门培训管理员
1. Please evaluate the confidentiality of training and / or other related materials;
请评估培训等相关资料的机密性;
2. Please make sure to obtain the approval of department division manager before uploading all the training
and / or related materials to training system;
培训等相关资料上传至系统前,请确保得到部门总监的批准;
3. Please ensure the accuracy of relevant contents before assigning the training to the audience.
向学员分配培训前,请确保您已审核过相关内容的准确性。
For Approver
针对审批者
1. Please review the application before your approval or rejection;
进行审批(同意或拒绝)前,请对申请的项目进行审核;
If UPS discovers or receives a report of a violation of the above agreement, UPS reserves the right to investigate
and determine whether you have violated the company policies. If the violation is identified, you shall be subject to
the further action including disciplinary action in accordance with UPS China Employee Handbook.
如果 UPS 发现或收到他人举报您违反上述约定,UPS 将进行调查并判断您是否违纪。如果认定违纪,UPS 将按照
《员工手册》有关规定进行处理,包括纪律处分。
